CITRUS HEIGHTS, CA — August 26, 2025 — American Amplifier Technologies, LLC (AAT), a leader in the design and manufacture of cutting-edge broadcast and industrial electrical products, is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of all outstanding shares of Kathrein Broadcast USA, Inc., a leading manufacturer of antenna systems and components for operators of TV and radio broadcasters as well as special purpose applications. The transaction was finalized on August 21, 2025, and Kathrein Broadcast USA, Inc. will now operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of American Amplifier Technologies, LLC.
